If you have visited Jim Wehr's Mackinaw Outfitters then chances
are you have probably met Bruce. He has been with the Outfitters
since its opening. He has 40 years experience and enjoys rifle hunting
for deer, hunting ducks, and geese and also muzzle loading season.
His passion however is ARCHERY! Bruce thinks that the fall of the
year is the best time to be hunting. "Mother Nature is truly at her best
during this season". Bruce loves his job here and states "To tech a bow 
and then teach someone how to shoot it properly is very gratifying."
It makes Bruce's day when he takes a novice archer and gets them
shooting groups of arrows together on target before they leave with their 
new bow.

We at Jim Wehr's Mackinaw Outfitters would like to welcome
Brandon Stover to the archery department this year.
Living in Northern Michigan most of his life, and recently moving back from 
Alaska he has lots of experience hunting and fishing, he has many stories
to tell, and he enjoys listening to stories.
Brandon has a lifetime of experience in fishing, and in the last year
took a interest in being a bow technician. He is willing to learn from
customers as well as share a little of his knowledge of the outdoor life.
